Breakfast and After School Club – Term 1 Sep-Oct 2025

Dear Parents/Carers,
Booking forms are attached for Term 1. Please return these no later than Monday 14th July.
Current parents and carers, please make sure any outstanding monies due from this term are paid before the end of term as, if not, we will not be able to offer your child a place at Breakfast or After School Club in Term 1. Please check with the office if you are unsure if this applies to you.
A booking form is required to process the booking. Please complete one form per child. Due to current levels of children, bookings will be made on a first come first served basis. In order to comply with health and safety guidelines and child ratios, we have to limit the number of children that we can take at each session. If you rely on our Breakfast and After School Club for childcare, please return your form promptly to ensure that you are allocated a place, and please check with the office on or after 17th July for confirmation of your booking.
Payments are accepted via Parent Pay or childcare vouchers. If you pay with childcare vouchers, please send proof of payment to wraparound@dinglewell-jun.gloucs.sch.uk. Your Parent Pay account will be credited once payment has been confirmed as received.
The cost for breakfast club is £5.00 which includes the offer of breakfast. The cost for after school club is £7.50 until 4.30pm and £10.00 until 5.30pm.
Your Parent Pay account will be charged according to the sessions booked from your booking form. Please note that you will be charged for the sessions booked regardless of attendance.
If your child is booked into either breakfast or after school club and will not be attending a session for any reason you must inform school via email to wraparound@dinglewell-jun.gloucs.sch.uk. Children will always be taken to after school club unless we have prior notification.
Both Breakfast and After School Club will run with the same ethos and behaviour rules as school and we expect all children to adhere to this whilst attending club.
Activities will continue to be scheduled for each session and will vary based on what time your child arrives/departs. There will always be a choice of a quiet activity each session.
Please note that the school car park is for staff only, so please do not use the car park for drop-off and collection.
