Breakfast and After School Club – Term 5 2024
Dear Parents/Carers, March 2024
Booking forms are attached for Term 5. Please return these no later than Wednesday 20th March with payment to secure your child’s place. Payments are accepted via childcare vouchers, cash or cheque.
The cost for breakfast club is £4.50 with no breakfast and £4.80 with breakfast. The cost for after school club is £7.50 until 4.30pm and £9.50 until 5.30pm.
Current parents and carers, please make sure any outstanding monies due from last term are paid before the end of term as, if not, we will not be able to offer your child a place at Breakfast or After School Club in Term 5.
Please make sure all booking forms are returned as requested to ensure a place.
Due to current levels of children this will also mean that we can no longer guarantee last minute bookings either. We are aware that sometimes situations change for parents and their shift patterns can alter but due to health and safety guidelines and child ratios, we will no longer be able to provide last minute care if we already have a certain number of children booked in to attend.
Please be aware that if your child is booked into breakfast and after school club and will not be attending a session for any reason you must inform school. Children will always be taken to after school club unless we have prior notification.
Both Breakfast and After School Club will run with the same ethos and behaviour rules as school and we expect all children to adhere to this whilst attending club.
Activities will continue to be scheduled for each session and will vary based on what time your child arrives/departs. There will always be a choice of a quiet activity each session.
