Breakfast and After School Club – Term 3 January – February 2026

Dear Parents/Carers,
Booking forms are attached for Term 3. Please return these no later than Friday 12th December. If you have requested a school-run club, please wait until allocations have been confirmed.
For this term onwards, we will be opening our Breakfast Club earlier, from 7:45am. To accommodate this change, the charge for Breakfast Club will increase to £6.00 per session.
Booking Process:
- Complete booking form (one form per child)
- Return to the school office
- Confirmation of receipt email sent by school office
- Payment added to ParentPay account
If you do not receive a confirmation email by Wednesday 17th December, please check with the office as we may not have received your booking form.
Please make sure any outstanding monies are paid before the end of term. You can check on your ParentPay account to see if you have any outstanding monies due. If these balances are not cleared, your booking will not be processed and you will be emailed accordingly.
The cost for breakfast club is £6.00 which includes the offer of breakfast. The cost for after school club is £7.50 until 4.30pm and £10.00 until 5.30pm.
Payments are accepted via ParentPay or childcare vouchers.
If you pay with childcare vouchers:
- Please wait until your payment is showing on ParentPay before making any payment as we are unable to refund any overpayments made in this way.
- Please also send proof of payment to wraparound@dinglewell-jun.gloucs.sch.uk. If you are able to do so, please reference your child’s name and the term to which the payment relates.
- Your Parent Pay account will be credited once payment has been confirmed as received.
Your Parent Pay account will be charged according to the sessions booked from your booking form. Please note that you will be charged for the sessions booked regardless of attendance.
If your child is booked into either breakfast or after school club and will not be attending a session for any reason you must inform school via email to wraparound@dinglewell-jun.gloucs.sch.uk. Children will always be taken to after school club unless we have prior notification.
Both Breakfast and After School Club will run with the same ethos and behaviour rules as school and we expect all children to adhere to this whilst attending club.
Activities will continue to be scheduled for each session and will vary based on what time your child arrives/departs. There will always be a choice of a quiet activity each session.
Please note that the school car park is for staff only, so please do not use the car park for drop-off and collection.
