Sports Day 2016

 

Our sports day was held on Wednesday 6th July. The sun shone and the children all had a fantastic time competing in the races, benchball and target throw. There were lots of sporting activities to try including javelin, discus, netball, football, tennis and cricket. Congratulations to Jenner house, who were the winners on the day! Thanks to the Friends of Dinglewell, who sold much needed ice lollies after the event - and to all the parents that came to support us! Here are some pictures we took  for you to enjoy.

Our fantastic team enjoying the sunshine and competing in the finals. It was a great experience and although we didn't win, the children were a credit to the school. And Jack Horwood was recognised for his honesty - one of the School Games values. Thanks for a great day! Mr Randell.
